Family Fun Day

The Cliftons have had a rather busy and sickly week so we thought what better way to end it than with a little "Family Fun!" Some friends from church had told us about an apple orchard nearby where you can picnic and pick apples. It only took us about an hour to get to Hartland Orchard which was great since the kids were so excited. I don't think they could of made any longer! We pulled up to the very friendly lady, got our bag and apple picker and were on our way. The first thing we picked was a perfect spot for our picnic lunch. Leah (our dog) got to come along on this family fun day and she had the time of her life running around so freely. After lunch, we were off to fill our bag with apples. The kids were quite the apples inspectors making sure we did not bring home any yucky apples. I think Isaiah just liked throwing them... thats what he did the most. Ruthe pulled the ones down below while Noah climbed the trees for the ones up high. When we left Noah told us it was the best day of his life! Guess we will have to make apple picking a new Clifton tradition!
