We have been a bit out of pocket the last week and a half which is why our blog is a little behind. We went down to Florida to spend time with my family before my brother is deployed overseas and where we are from there is no WIFI... sad I know! Here are a few events that happened before we left:
Ruthe and Clint went out on a special date while the boys and I got haircuts. They visited the Botanical gardens in DC, rode the paddle boats on the Potomac River, fed a duck and ate junk food for lunch. She had an amazing time and has been talking about it ever since!
Pillar Church took the kids to the National Zoo. We picked up quite an unusual hitch-hiker and it poured rain while we were there but we had a great time being together.
Florida was HOT but great! We spent time with family, Clint got to attend his cousins wedding, the kids stayed in the pool most of the time, fed horses, played guitar hero and we had a family birthday party for Ruthe.
