We hosted Thanksgiving this year and Clint was give the challenge of frying the turkey. This was his first time so of course there were a few lessons learned:
1. don't use the fryer on the deck - the oil boiling over stains it!
2. don't use a tarp to protect the deck - the oil boiling over melts it!
3. the oil boils over more than you think - lots of oil boiled over!
The turkey turned out great and was very delicious!
