Brave Izzy

We spent our Saturday hanging out with the very fun Wire family. The kids played in the basement while the adults chit chatted and when they tired of that we went to our neighborhood pool. That is until all the kids got kicked out of the kiddie pool due to some chemical imbalance. Probably to much pee in the water... hopefully not our kids pee but who knows... one of the Clifton children has been known to shut down a kiddie pool at Kings Dominion. Anyways back to the real story, once kicked out we headed back to our house then went to McDonald's since it had a play place, while there Isaiah decided he would open the emergency exit door and it set off the alarm. Some how in all this craziness Clint talked Andy into learning how to drive the motorcycle so that was our next stop. (Check out the Wire's blog for that story.) The men picked up some movie signs that were still out from the outdoor movie and got the motorcycle while the ladies gathered the children and we headed down to Swans Creek Elementary. Somewhere in all this Isaiah decided he was now brave enough to ride the bike with daddy. The whole time Clint has had his bike Isaiah and Ruthe have always
hidden in the house as soon as they knew Clint was about to crank the thing. I am not sure what changed today but we buckled the helmet on, gave a few instructions about holding on tight and off he went! He is officially a biker dude now! Ruthe still has a ways to go, however, she did try on the helmet... while she was hiding in the van! Oh well, maybe another day for her.
