Jared had to fly back to Texas on Christmas Day so after dropping him off at the airport we went into DC to check out the National Christmas Tree. It was very beautiful and so were all the other trees and decorations they had out. What tickled Mom and I the most was the extremely large menorah, it was huge! Probably what really tickled us was we were talking about how much Jonathan would of loved it. He has a strange fetish with menorahs. After seeing the trees and trying to toss money in the little trains, we spotted some vendors and headed over for a hot dog and hot chocolate.
