Adventure #4 and with Nan

On Monday, not really thinking about it being the day after Easter and that there were extra activities going on in D.C., we headed to the National Zoo. It was very crowded with people on spring break and it also happened to be "Celebrate African American Families" that day at the zoo. We had driven that far so we just endured the crowds and sought after the particular animals the kids wanted to see.
